Durability, Security, and Low Maintenance All buildings manufactured by A to Z Precast Concrete Products are designed to be durable, secure, and low maintenance. The floor and walls of each precast building are constructed using steel reinforced solid concrete. The walls, floor, and roof are all monolithic pieces that are securely joined and fastened at each joint. This maintenance free construction provides maximum strength and durability. Pitched roofs and other weather resistant features offer extensive protection from wind, rain, and falling ice. Steel doors, tamper resistant locks and hinges, dead-bolts, and alarm systems make our buildings highly theft and vandal resistant. Our buildings are naturally fire resistant and can be equipped with sprinkler systems and/or other fire suppression systems to quickly extinguish interior fires and protect valuable equipment. The standard building exterior calculates at a 1 1/2 hour fireproof rating without affecting the structural properties of the building. Higher fireproof ratings are available upon request. All our exterior finishes are designed to be attractive, but very low maintenance. |
