Options and Accessories... We offer a wide variety of options and accessories. Alarm systems, smoke detectors, cable trays, halo grounds, air conditioners, electrical distribution panels, generators, and exterior lighting are just some of the options and accessories that our customers have to choose from. Interior Walls Insulation is standard in all walls (R14) and ceilings (R21), with additional insulation available upon request. Interior wall finishes can be either panelling (white or tan), or drywall. 
Electrical Each building is wired to your specifications. Wall receptacles and interior lighting are standard. Additional receptacles, lighting, electrical distribution panels, or standby generators are available upon request.

Environmental Control Air conditioning and heating units are available in any of our precast concrete buildings. Wall mounted units are typically used, although other types of units are also available. Multiple units can also be installed.
